RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY


1. GENERAL

Zebba (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the official website through which it facilitates the sale of footwear products (“Products”) to its customers (“User”, “you”, “your”).

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience to our customers, starting from order placement to delivery and after-sales support. This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

This Policy should be read along with our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

2.1 This Policy applies only to footwear products purchased directly from the Zebba website.

2.2 Zebba products are not made to order (except custom) , so standard sizing.

2.3 Zebba reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the Policy before placing an order.

3. TERMS FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
3.1 Initiation Timeline

Any return, exchange, or refund request must be initiated within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

3.2 Return & Refund Policy

(a) Refunds are applicable only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect.

(b) Manufacturing defects include:

Visible damage on arrival

Functional defects

Incorrect construction attributable to production issues

(c) All refund requests are subject to quality inspection by Zebba’s internal quality control team.

(d) If the product passes inspection and is confirmed defective:

A refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

Refunds are initiated only after the product is received and approved

(e) If the product fails quality inspection:

The refund request will be rejected

The product will be returned to the customer at their own expense

No amount will be reimbursed in such cases

3.3 Exchange Policy

(a) Exchange is always possible, subject to stock availability.

(b) Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

(c) The product must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

(d) Exchanges are allowed for:

Another size of the same product, or

Another footwear product of equal or higher value
(Any price difference must be paid by the customer)

(e) Exchange for a different design is allowed only if the selected product is of equal or higher value.

(f) Sizes 35 and 42 are not eligible for return or exchange.

3.4 Quality Check & Rejection

(a) All returned products undergo a strict quality check.

(b) Zebba reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if:

The product shows signs of use

The product is damaged after delivery

Original packaging or tags are missing

The request does not meet Policy conditions

(c) In case of rejection, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost.

3.5 Shipping & Logistics

We offer reverse pickups.

However, in few pin codes where we are not able to pick up, will intimate the same.
